The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Sonargaon University, proudly announces the participation of its team SU_DeepMinders in the Programming Hero Web Extreme 2025: Hackathon, held onsite at North South University (NSU). Organized by Programming Hero in collaboration with Gigabyte AORUS, the event brought together talented student developers from universities across Bangladesh to compete in a highly challenging and innovation-driven environment.
Out of 320 applicant teams, only 42 teams were selected to participate in the onsite hackathon, making the selection itself a significant achievement. During the 10-hour hackathon, the members of SU_DeepMinders collaborated to design and develop technology-based solutions for real-world problems while enhancing their technical, creative, and teamwork skills under intense time constraints.
Participation in this prestigious national hackathon provided the students with valuable exposure to modern software development practices, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering congratulates the team on this accomplishment and remains committed to encouraging students to participate in national and international technology competitions that foster creativity, technical excellence, and industry readiness.
